Terms of Use — DASHng

Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between DASHng and its affiliated companies (“Administrator”, “we”, “us”) and you.

Your access and use of the DASHng mobile application and all related services (“Platform”) are governed by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on the Platform are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Important Disclaimers

All services are provided “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, and “WITH ALL FAULTS”. We disclaim all warranties including reliability, quality, suitability, and commercial value.

The Administrator does not guarantee:

  • The legality, quality, or availability of listed vehicles or services.
  • The accuracy of user-provided information.
  • That agents will deliver vehicles or services.
  • That clients will properly use vehicles or complete payments.
  • That transactions will be successful.
  • Agents are solely responsible for content they post.
  • All content must comply with laws and platform guidelines.
  • DASHng may moderate or remove violating content.
  • Report objectionable content at remglobal@gmail.com.
  • DASHng is not liable for user-generated content.

You are solely responsible for verifying ownership, safety, and meeting in safe locations. DASHng bears no responsibility for user interactions.

Account Registration

  • You must create an account to use Platform features.
  • You may register as an Agent or Client.
  • Only one account per user type is allowed.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraudulent or non-compliant activity.

Service

The Platform allows users to:

  • List vehicles or rental services.
  • Browse and rent vehicles.
  • Communicate using in-app messaging or contact details.

DASHng is not a broker, dealer, or rental provider. All agreements occur directly between Agents and Clients.

Payments, refunds, and deposits occur off-platform. DASHng has no control or liability over external payments or communications.

Users are responsible for complying with tax and regulatory obligations.

Insurance and Risk Assumption

DASHng does not provide insurance coverage.

  • Agents must maintain valid insurance and documentation.
  • Clients accept risks including accidents, damage, theft, and injury.
  • DASHng does not inspect or verify vehicle safety.

DASHng bears no liability for damages, injuries, or losses arising from rentals.

Posting of Listings

  • Listings must be accurate and complete.
  • Contact details must remain functional.
  • Prices must be clearly stated.
  • Ownership verification may be required.
  • Fraudulent listings are prohibited.

Fees

  • Basic platform use may be free.
  • Premium features may require payment via providers such as Paystack.
  • Fees are disclosed in-app.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Paid promotions increase visibility only and do not guarantee results.

User Representations

  • You are legally capable of contracting.
  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You provide accurate information.
  • You own or are authorized to list vehicles.
  • You will not engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.

Termination and Suspension

DASHng may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:

  • Violation of Terms.
  • Fraud or misconduct.
  • False information.
  • Risk to users or platform.
  • Legal compliance requirements.

DASHng bears no liability for account termination.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DASHng against claims arising from:

  • Your platform usage.
  • Your listings or content.
  • Your violations of these Terms.
  • Your rental transactions.

Limitation of Liability

DASHng is not liable for disputes, injuries, theft, losses, fraud, or damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DASHng in the past six (6) months.

Intellectual Property

  • User content remains user property.
  • You grant DASHng permission to display and promote listings.
  • All platform software and branding belong to DASHng.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos State under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.
